Pink Bliss Smoothie

This smoothie is the perfect way to start your day off with a few moments of bliss. And it doesn't hurt how grapefruit is a total superfood! This creamy and tasty smoothie packs a real nutrient punch with it's impressive roster of fruits and veggies!

Pink Bliss Smoothie

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup green tea
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 ripe, fresh bananas
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions

Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until the mixture is even and smooth. Since this smoothie includes frozen ingredients, it's best served immediately. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
