Each month, we match tea drinkers across the U.S. with delicious teas from over 150 global tea brands that we’re sure they’ll love. A letter from our founder
Dear Tea Lovers, On my personal journey to discover tea, I realized a few things: there’s a lot I don’t know, exploring tea can be expensive, finding great tea is hard. Despite all those challenges, I knew one thing to be true: Drinking tea made me feel good. In 2017, I launched Sips by to simplify the quest to find hidden gem teas and match you with your new favorites based on your unique preferences. We want to help our members find their way on their own tea journeys. The TEAm and I packed the first 100,000 Sips by Boxes from my living room, and now, three years later, we’re a team of twelve tea lovers. Do you love tea? Want to be a member of a collaborative Dream Tea-m? Sips by is looking to to hire motivated, passionate, and curious team members. Our team helps to make us a stimulating, creative, and successful growth-stage start-up. Each member is a direct part of shaping and building the business. We believe sharing tea is a fundamental human betterment need; it changes how we feel, connects us, and gives us common ground.
We're always on the lookout for driven, curious interns interested in getting hands-on marketing and design experience at a growth-stage start-up. Our internship program will provide an opportunity for you to showcase and develop your creative and entrepreneurial skills in a local and thriving start-up environment. As a Sips by intern, you'll create real world content to add to your professional portfolio. Typical projects involve utilizing creative and entrepreneurial skills to support the marketing team in developing data-driven, innovative, and strategic campaigns and creating engaging content (including blog and social media posts) that will reach our social network of over 200,000 people.
