RETURNS

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at support@sipsby.com immediately so that we can correct the problem. Please note that it may take us longer than usual to reply during especially busy periods.

If you have changed your mind about a tea that you received and would like to return it for store credit, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Teas must be unopened. 

If you are returning a non-tea item, it should be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. You will be required to pay return shipping charges if you want an exchange or refund that was not the error of Sips By. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. We will credit your original method of payment. Please package your return appropriately and include a copy of your packing slip or at least your order number.

International returns

If you are an international customer please email support@sipsby.com for all questions regarding returns. Please note that it may take us longer than usual to reply during especially busy periods.

 

Duty and Taxes

All orders are fulfilled from our Austin, Texas location. If you are shipping to a destination outside the USA, you might be liable for Duties and Taxes upon import. 

 

Subscriptions

Sips by Personalized Boxes and products categorized as “Tea Boxes” are not eligible for refunds or returns. If you have concerns about the Sips by Box you have received, Contact Us. We will work with you to address your concerns. 

 

Gift Cards

We offer refunds when a Gift Card recipient is not a current subscriber and does not wish to subscribe. Please email us at support@sipsby.com so we can assist you in a refund
