Earl Grey Palmer
Makes 1 glass // Prep Time: 30 minutes // Active Time: 5 minutes
- 1 rounded tsp or 1 sachet/bag of Earl Grey. We recommend DAVIDsTEA's Organic Cream of Earl Grey or Ahmad Tea's Earl Grey for the perfect taste
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 oz lemonade
- 2 oz bourbon
- Crushed ice
- Lemon wedges and/or mint sprigs for garnish (optional)
Directions to make Earl Grey Palmer
Heat the water to 212°F and steep the Earl Grey tea for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea and let cool to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
In a cocktail shaker combine the honey, lemonade, 4 oz of Earl Grey, bourbon, and a small handful of crushed ice. Shake well for about 10-15 seconds.
