Blueberry Mint Green Smoothie

Makes 1 glass // Prep Time: 10 minutes // Active Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 rounded tsp or 1 sachet/bag green tea (tip: try a berry green tea, such as Harney & Sons Blueberry Green, to bring out the berry flavor even more!)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 cups baby spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and cubed
  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes

Directions

In a small saucepan, bring the coconut water to a boil. As soon as it begins to boil, remove from heat immediately and let stand for 2 minutes, then add in the green tea. Cover the saucepan with a lid and let steep for 3-10 minutes and then remove the tea. Taste the green tea around 3 minutes and periodically afterwards to check the flavor and steep to your preference!

When the coconut water tea infusion is all set, combine everything in a blender and make yo'self a fresh green smoothie!
