Avo Pina Colada Smoothie

If you've never put avocado in a smoothie before, you're missing out! Avocado gives smoothies the thick, creamy texture that makes milkshakes so well loved, without all of the sugar and guilt. While you may use any green tea, we recommend Harney & Sons Organic Bangkok for the extra hints of citrus, ginger and vanilla it adds. If you're craving a piña colada, nourish your body and your taste buds with this smoothie!

Avo Piña Colada Smoothie

Makes 2 servings


  • 1/2 cup brewed Harney & Sons Organic Bangkok
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 cups destemmed kale leaves
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 large, ripe avocado
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 4-5 ice cubes


Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until the mixture is even and smooth. Since this smoothie includes frozen ingredients, it's best served immediately.

Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
