Once steeped, the herbaceous aromatic liquor has a natural herbal taste of chamomile with savory lavender and a soothing spearmint finish. This sleepy tea tonic is created with a base of valerian root with chamomile, lavender, rooibos, spearmint and cinnamon bits. Valerian root is the highlighted show-stopper in this restful blend, as it is a natural sedative herb used for centuries to help aid those suffering from insomnia. Chamomile, lavender and spearmint are naturally calming; they can help ease your body and prepare your mind for rest and relaxation.
