How to Make This Tea
- 1 tsp per 8 oz. water
- Heat water to 195° F or almost boiling
- Steep for 3 min

Rinse: 7 grams (2 tsp) / 100 mL / 90° C / 10 sec - discard
First infusion: 90° C / 20-30 sec Then double the infusion time for each subsequent infusion.
