black tea foot odor remedy

Springtime is when the weather warms up and the sandals come out. If you've ever dealt with foot odor, you know how nerve-wracking sandal season can be. Instead of hiding your feet, try this natural foot odor remedy and let those toes breathe!

BLACK TEA FOOT ODOR REMEDY

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 3-4 tbsp black tea leaves
  • 5 drops eucalyptus essential oil
  • water
  • foot tub or large container

WHAT TO DO

Fill your foot tub or large container with hot water and add the tea leaves. Allow them to steep for at least 10 minutes. When the water is a comfortable temperature, add the eucalyptus oil and place your feet in the tub/container. Ensure that your feet are completely submerged and soak your feet for at least half an hour.

Black tea and eucalyptus oil are effective eliminating foot odor. The tannins in the tea help to subdue unpleasant odor and the eucalyptus essential oil fights off smelly bacteria while also providing a pleasant aroma. This foot soak is super relaxing and will have your feet smelling great!
