Citrus Puer Popsicles
Makes 8 popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 ball White2tea Orange Drop
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1 cup fresh mango
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 1 cup fresh kiwi
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
Directions
Brew 1/2 cup of White2tea orange drop and let cool.
In a blender, combine the brewed tea and all of the fresh fruit. Pulse until everything is pureed and smooth. You can add a little water or milk to the mixture to help the blender along.
Pour the pureed fruit mixture into a medium bowl and fold in the coconut milk, yogurt, and honey. Mix until everything is well combined and pour into your popsicle molds.
Freeze the popsicles for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid. When you're ready to serve, run the molds under warm water to loosen the popsicles. Serve immediately and enjoy!
