These tiramisu cheesecake popsicles are a light take on a traditionally heavy dessert, and they're sinfully delicious. The Pinky Up Tiramisu Black Tea blends beautifully with vanilla cheesecake, leaving you with rich, decadent popsicles at around only 120 calories each!

Cheesecake-Misu Popsicles

Makes 8 popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Pinky Up Tiramisu Black Tea
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 oz. light cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped

Directions

Brew 1 cup of Pinky Up Tiramisu Black tea, strain, and let cool.

Add the brewed tea, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and vanilla bean seeds (discard the rest of the bean) into a blender and pulse until everything is smooth and well combined.

Divide the mixture evenly among the popsicle molds and freeze the popsicles for at least four hours, or until frozen solid. When you're ready to serve, run the molds under warm water to loosen the popsicles. Serve immediately and enjoy!
