Stir up one of these simple cocktails and allow yourself to slip away to paradise!

Hibiscus Highball
Makes 4 glasses // Prep Time: 4 hours // Active Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 tea bags (or 4 tbsp loose leaf) hibiscus tea. We recommend this Hibiscus Star Herbal Infusion by Tanzania Tea Collection.
- 4 cups filtered water
- 4 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup (8 oz) gin, vodka, or white rum
- 1 ½ cups (12 oz) club soda
- Ice for serving
- Optional: Mint sprigs for garnish
Directions
In a large pitcher, pour cold water over tea bags or leaves and let steep in the refrigerator for 4+ hours. You can even leave the tea overnight for a stronger brew!
After the tea has steeped long enough, remove the tea bags or strain the leaves. If your pitcher is large enough, add in the lemon juice and alcohol of choice (you may need to transfer over to a larger pitcher).
Serve over ice, top with club soda, garnish with mint, and enjoy a little taste of the tropics :)
