Peach Oolong Iced Tea

Makes 1 glass // Prep Time: 5 minutes // Active Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 rounded tsp loose or 1 bag oolong tea
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup frozen peach chunks
  • 1/4 cup peeled orange chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup tapioca pearls (optional)

Directions

Steep tea. Remove tea, stir in the honey until disolved, and set aside to cool.

In a blender, purée the frozen peach and orange chunks. Strain the puréed mixture into a large pitcher, pressing on the fruit to extract the most flavor. Then add in the tea and stir well.

Add the tapioca to the bottom of your class (if you're having some tapioca), and pour the iced tea on top. Get a large straw, stir it around, and drink up!
