Ingredients: Oolong Tea, Peppermint Leaves, Ginkgo Leaves, Orange Peel, Turmeric Pieces, Pumpkin Pieces, Safflower Petals

Contains caffeine.

Brewing Instructions: 1 tsp tea | 8 oz water | 175° f | 2-3 min

Each pouch contains 50 g (1.76 oz) loose leaf tea.
