Ingredients: South African Red Rooibos, South African Green Rooibos, Organic Peppermint Leaves USA, Raw Organic Cacao Nibs, Natural Flavor, Artificial Flavor

Very low caffeine.

Brewing Instructions: 1 tsp tea | 8 oz water | 208° f | 8-10 min

Each tin contains 3 oz loose leaf tea.
