This is Monsoon Tea's take on a Thai-inspired version of the world-famous Earl Grey blend! Thai Earl Grey combines a full-bodied, lightly sweet, and fruity black tea with kaffir lime, producing the Thai-inspired version of Earl Grey, with an amber-brown colored infusion. These unique, fully-oxidized black tea leaves were hand-picked while growing in harmony with the forested mountains of Northern Thailand.
Ingredients: Black Tea, Kaffir Lime Flavor
Medium caffeine.
Brewing Instructions: 1 tsp tea | 8 oz water | 212° f | 3-5 min
