Ingredients: Rooibos Tea, Rose Hips, Hibiscus, Oranges, Cranberries, Ginger, Natural Orange Flavor, Blueberries, Orange Peel, Forest Berry Flavor

Caffeine-free.

Brewing Instructions: 1 tsp tea | 8 oz water | 212° f | 5-7 min

Each pouch contains 1 oz loose leaf tea.
