Hand-picked from the Frozen Peak area of Taiwan, this Dong Ding semi-ball rolled oolong originates from the Chen Family of Nantou County. This green oolong possesses a mouth-watering freshness with a full body and a touch of floral, citrus fruitiness — the perfect refreshment for spring and summer days!

Ingredients: Dong Ding Taiwanese Green Oolong

Contains caffeine.

Teapot Brew: 1 tsp | 300mL or 10 oz | 194° F | 3 min

Gong Fu Brew: 1 tsp | 100 mL or 3.4 oz | 194° F | 50 sec | add 5 sec for each subsequent steep (i.e. second brew would be 55 sec)

Each pouch contains 50g loose leaf tea.
