This tea is produced from the material plucked from a 150-year old tea tree grown at 1400m. This tea has an elegant aroma, with fruity notes, a floral fragrance, and a pleasant bittersweet finish. "Bing Dao" means "Ice Island" in Chinese, because this tea is very cool in the mouth and is at once subtle and powerful. If aged for a few more years, the flavor of this tea will mature, becoming more fruity or honey-like.
