Ingredients: Lemon Balm, Rosehips, Apple, Meadowsweet, Elderberry, Rose, Strawberry, Dandelion, Green Tea

Brewing Instructions: 1-1.5 tsp | 6-8 oz water | 190° f | 5-10 mins | Perfect to drink hot or cold
