Sore Throat Tea Tonic

Makes 1-2 glasses // Prep Time: 5 minutes // Active Time: 2 minutes


  • 2-3 teaspoons of preferred tea. We recommend Organic Cold 911 by DAVIDsTEA.
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 cups of hot water
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Optional: add a few slivers of ginger for an extra immune boost


Gently boil water and steep the tea for 3-5 minutes in your favorite mug. Optional: add 1-2 slivers of fresh ginger for an extra immune boost.

Stir in the honey and add lemon juice.
