Spicy Lemon Detox

Spicy Lemon Detox

Having this beverage right before a heavy meal does wonders to help your digestion. Here’s how - lemons are full of vitamin C, which helps to transform toxins in your body into digestible nutrients, and they also help your body maintain a healthy pH balance. On top of that, lemons have a ton of natural electrolytes and antioxidants like potassium, calcium, and magnesium. Cayenne pepper, on the other hand, jumpstarts your metabolism, stimulates the circulatory system, also aids digestion, and helps regulate blood sugar. So, drink up this tea mix to boost your metabolism and detoxify in the mornings or before a feast!
