Sencha Peach Green Smoothie

This green smoothie is even more green with a little dash of Sencha Green Tea by Pique Tea. It packs all the goodness from fruits, vegetables, and tea - and is also the perfect way to start your day or rejuvenate after a workout.

Sencha Peach Green Smoothie

Makes 1 glass // Prep Time: 5 minutes // Active Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 cups kale
  • 1 packet Sencha Green Tea by Pique Tea
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

Directions

In a blender combine the peaches, pineapple, banana, kale, Sencha Green Tea, vanilla protein powder, almond milk, and ground flaxseed. Blend it all up and enjoy the goodness this protein smoothie packs!
