Pomegranate seeds are an amazing warm weather snack - sweet, chewy, and bursting with juicy flavor. Turn all that goodness into a frosty drink with this delicious and energizing smoothie. This smoothie is also full of citrus, which helps to boost your immune system and keep you healthy!

Pomegranate Buzz Smoothie

Makes 1 serving


  • 1/2 cup strongly brewed green tea
  • 3/4 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 3/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe frozen banana
  • 3 ice cubes


Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until the mixture is even and smooth. Since this smoothie includes frozen ingredients, it's best served immediately. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
