This sorbet is every peach lover's dream. It's made with fresh peaches and infused with the enchanting essence of Tea Goblin's The Piquant Peach herbal tea as its base. If you love the taste of sweet peach nectar, give this sorbet a try!

How to Make Peach Tea Sorbet

Makes 1 quart

Ingredients

  • 2 brewed cups of peach tea. We recommend Tea Goblin's The Piquant Peach.
  • 3 cups peaches, peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp vodka, preferably sweet tea vodka

Directions

Add the peaches to a blender and purée until smooth. Strain the purée into a bowl through a fine mesh sieve, pressing the solids firmly to extract as much liquid as possible. After discarding the solids, you should be left with about 2 cups of strained peach purée.

Add the tea, honey, and vodka to the peach purée and mix until everything is dissolved and well combined. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Churn the chilled mixture in an ice cream maker according to instructions. Once churned, the sorbet will be thick and soft and can be served as is. If you prefer a firmer sorbet, transfer the churned mixture to an airtight, freezer-safe container, press a layer of plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the sorbet, and freeze until firm. Scoop, serve, and enjoy!
