Paris Grape Protein Smoothie

Grapes are a wonderful snack and they're also wonderful for you - packed with vitamin C, potassium, and full of antioxidants. Blending them up in your smoothie even makes it easier for your body to absorb all the nutrients from the skin! Also, adding in some black tea packs in more flavor to your frozen refreshment, especially after a solid work out.

Paris Grape Protein Smoothie

Makes 1 glass // Prep Time: 5 minutes // Active Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 rounded tsp or 1 sachet Breakfast in Paris by Stash Tea
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 1/2 cups seedles red/purple grapes
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp dry chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp flaxseed oil (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Directions

Brew your Breakfast in Paris tea - heat the water to 212°F and steep tea for 3-5 minutes, then remove the tea and set aside to cool.

In a blender combine a handful of ice cubes, the grapes, blueberries, vanilla protein powder, cooled tea, chia seeds, and flaxseed oil. Blend it all up and enjoy your flavorful protien smoothie!
