This smoothie tastes just like a big scoop of mint-chocolate chip ice cream! And the best part? This treat is totally healthy! It's thick, creamy, and filled with nutrient-dense, body-fueling ingredients. You won't even notice all the veggies you'll be drinking!

Mint Chip Green Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mint herbal tea
  • 1 ripe, frozen banana
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup destemmed kale leaves
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 20 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs/chocolate chips
  • whipped cream for garnish

Directions

Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until the mixture is even and smooth. Since this smoothie includes frozen ingredients, it's best served immediately. Pour the smoothie into a glass, top with whipped cream, and enjoy!
