Matcha Mojito
Makes 1 glass // Prep Time: 5 minutes // Active Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- A handful of fresh mint leaves
- ½ lime (cut into 4 wedges)
- 2 tsp honey or 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 5 oz club soda
- Ice for serving
- Mint sprigs and lime wedges for garnish
Directions
In a tall glass combine the mint leaves and 1 lime wedge and muddle. Then add in the honey/sugar and the rest of the lime wedges and muddle together.
Then add in the rum and matcha powder and stir gently to mix in the matcha. Next, fill the glass with ice (larger ice cubes are best) and top with club soda. Stir gently to fuse the flavors, garnish with mint sprigs and a lime wedge, and enjoy :)
