- 2 cups filtered water
- 1 rounded tsp loose leaf or 1 sachet/bag dandelion tea
- 1 rounded tsp loose leaf or 1 sachet/bag stinging nettle tea
- 2-3 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2-3 tsp honey or agave nectar or maple syrup
Heat the water to 212°F and steep both teas together for 5-10 minutes (cover your tea while it's steeping to keep all the goodness from escaping!). Remove teas and add in the lime juice and sweetener to taste. Enjoy the boldness of this blend!
