Lemon Pitaya Smoothie

This HOT pink smoothie is the perfect drink to fortify your body with an antioxidant army. With seasonal allergies and germs going around, it's important to be prepared. Dragon fruit, chia seeds, banana, and berries will load you up with plenty of nutrients, including vitamin C and potassium, to keep you healthy and strong.

Lemon Pitaya Smoothie

Makes 1 serving


  • 1/2 cup lemon herbal tea
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 pink-skinned pitaya (with skin removed)
  • 1 ripe frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup assorted frozen berries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 ice cubes
  • shredded coconut for garnish


Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until the mixture is even and smooth. Since this smoothie includes frozen ingredients, it's best served immediately. Pour the smoothie into a glass, garnish with a little shredded coconut, and enjoy!
