This refreshing drink features the sweet savor of ripe pears and the tingling taste of ginger. It’s a lovely way to top off a feast as a dessert drink. For the most exquisite pear-spice flavor, we recommend using Harney & Sons' new white tea blend, Heirloom Bartlett Pear.
