The white tea adds a few extra health benefits to this peachy, coconuty blend - an uplifting creamy treat, especially during these hot summer months!
Coconut Peach Smoothie
Makes 1 glass // Prep Time: 5 minutes // Active Time: 5 minutes
- 1 rounded tsp or 1 sachet/bag white tea
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup peeled orange chunks
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
Heat the water to 175°-185°F and steep tea for 1-3 minutes. Remove tea and set aside to cool.
Once the tea has cooled to room temperature, throw everything into a blender and blend it up!
