Along with the many health benefits of blueberries and mangos (of which include boosted immunity and lower risks of cancer and heart disease), adding a bit of oolong tea certainly fortifies this smoothie to make it a refreshment that strengthens your whole body and mind.

Blueberry Mango Oolong Smoothie

  • 1 rounded tsp or 1 sachet/bag oolong tea
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1 mango (peeled, diced, and frozen)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

Heat water to 185°F-195°F and steep tea for 2-4 minutes. Then remove tea and set aside to cool.
