Along with the many health benefits of blueberries and mangos (of which include boosted immunity and lower risks of cancer and heart disease), adding a bit of oolong tea certainly fortifies this smoothie to make it a refreshment that strengthens your whole body and mind.
Blueberry Mango Oolong Smoothie
Makes 1 glass // Prep Time: 5 minutes // Active Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 rounded tsp or 1 sachet/bag oolong tea
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1 mango (peeled, diced, and frozen)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
Directions
Heat water to 185°F-195°F and steep tea for 2-4 minutes. Then remove tea and set aside to cool.
Once the tea is around room temperature, throw it all into a blender and blend it up!
