Snuggle up to the fire with this chai latte spiked with Baileys Irish Cream this fall to feel the warmth from your nose all the way down to your toes. Baileys goes well in hot chocolate and coffee, however for us, it’s best in a hot cup of strong chai. Spices and cream complement each other perfectly to create this smooth and gratifying brew.
Baileys Chai Latte
Makes 8 glasses // Prep Time: 5 minutes // Active Time: 10 minutes
- 1 rounded tbsp or 2 sachets/bags your favorite chai blend
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 tsp raw brown sugar or sweetener of your choice
- 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
- Whipped cream and ground cinnamon for garnish (optional)
Heat the water to 212° and brew the tea for 5 minutes. Remove tea and sweeten it up with sugar or other sweetener of your choice. Stir in the Baileys, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, and enjoy!
