Apple pie a la mode is absolutely delicious, but can be an obstacle to your summer body! BUT, that doesn't mean you can't still enjoy that scrumptious flavor. With this dreamy smoothie, you can satisfy your cravings AND stay on top of your fitness goals!
Apple Pie Smoothie
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup strongly brewed black tea (we recommend one that is apple or cinnamon flavored!)
- 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup cubed apple
- 5 ice cubes
- whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs for garnish
Directions
Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until the mixture is even and smooth. Since this smoothie includes ice, it's best served immediately. Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses, top with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs, and enjoy!
