GREEN TEA BEER RINSE

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 2 tea bags or 2 tsp green tea
  • 2 cups de-carbonated beer
  • 2 cups hot water

WHAT TO DO

The first step to creating this rinse is to de-carbonate your beer. To do this, simply pour the beer into a wide bowl, uncovered, and let it sit overnight (at least 6 hours). Once the beer is de-carbonated, steep the tea in hot water until the water cools down. Remove the tea bags or strain the leaves out and combine the brewed tea with the beer.

Take the rinse with you into the shower. Turn off the water and simply pour the mixture slowly onto your head, massaging your scalp and working the rinse into all of your hair (at least 1 minute). Once you've poured all of the mixture onto your head, let your hair sit for 5 minutes. Then, rinse out the mixture and shampoo/condition as you normally would. Be sure to towel or air dry your hair for best results!
