Anyone with sensitive skin knows the struggle of facial redness, especially in the summertime. Luckily, we have a super gentle, soothing, and natural anti-redness mask made from ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen! This mask is inexpensive but super effective - give it a try if redness is getting you down.
CUCUMBER CHAMOMILE MASK
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 1/2 cup chamomile tea
- 1 baby cucumber or 1/2 full-size cucumber
- 2 tbsp honey
WHAT TO DO
Making this mask is super straightforward. All you have to do is toss all of the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Then, pour out the mixture and apply it to your face with your fingers or a soft brush. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes, rinse it off, and finish with your favorite moisturizer!
The mask might be a little runny - try to do your best to apply it in an even layer. You will most likely end up with some leftover, but the mask keeps well in the refrigerator for up to a week! All of the ingredients are gentle on sensitive skin yet amazingly effective at banishing redness.
