Toner is an essential step in any skincare routine, and with the weather warming up, it's more important than ever. When temperatures rise, pores open up - meaning oilier, shinier skin. This black tea rosewater toner will help to keep your pores tight and under control, restoring the balance on your face and soothing your skin.
