SKIN LOVE BATH TEA
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
This recipe makes about 4-5 baths. Feel free to add your favorite teas and essential oils. You do you!
- 1 cup Oatmeal
- ¼ cup loose leaf or bagged Chamomile Tea
- ¼ cup loose leaf or bagged Rooibos Tea - we recommend My Red Tea's Organic Rooibos Tea
HOW TO
Begin by mixing the oatmeal and equal parts chamomile tea and rooibos tea in a bowl until everything is well combined. Store the mixture in an airtight container.
When you’re ready to use your bath tea, scoop a few spoonfuls into a reusable cotton or muslin bag. Hang the bag under the faucet for the water to soak up all the tea goodness, or place it directly in the tub, and enjoy.
Please take into consideration that colored teas may stain bathtubs and clothes!
