Want to plan a tea party but just don’t know where to start? Follow this step by step guide for all the tips and tricks you need to host an unforgettable virtual Mother’s Day tea party!
Send Cute E-invites
Figure out the logistics of your tea party, such as the time and guest list, and create a cute virtual invite to email out to your guests. Alternatively, you can simply send out a fun blast text with the zoom link invite.
Is it BYOT?
Decide whether to make your party BYOT (bring your own tea!) and have guests use their own tea (or coffee) or if you will be providing tea for your guests. If it’s BYOT, make sure to note that in your invite. However, if you have the time and want to add an extra touch to your virtual party, you can prepare cute tea packages with a bag or two of tea and a personal note to send to your guests by snail mail! This will ensure that your guests are ready to sip on the day of the tea party.
