This delightful blend of Bai Mudan white tea, hand-rolled Jasmine Pearls, peaches, and strawberries is low in caffeine and high in antioxidants.
Pai Mu Tan (also known as Bai Mudan) is a traditional Chinese white tea, which translates to white peony in English. Only the two youngest leaves and buds are harvested and then sun-dried allowing for only minimal oxidation. This tea is high in antioxidants and low in caffeine. Jasmine Pearls are hand-rolled green tea pearls made of only the top two leaves and a bud aromatically infused with jasmine during the drying process.
