Pukka Three Tulsi, also known as Holy Basil, heightens the juxtaposition between fruity and herbal. Juicy, rich, and slightly minty - give these treats a try!
Tulsi Strawberry Basil Popsicles
Makes 6 popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 bag Pukka Three Tulsi
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 small bunch basil leaves (3-5 leaves)
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
Directions
Using 1 teabag, brew 1/2 cup of Pukka Three Tulsi and let cool.
Add the brewed tea, strawberries, and basil leaves to a blender. Puree until the mixture is very smooth.
Mix the yogurt and maple syrup together in a seperate bowl. To assemble the popsicles, begin layering alternating spoonfuls of the pureed strawberry mixture and the yogurt mixture on top of one another in each popsicle mold until the molds are full.
Freeze the popsicles for at least 3 hours. When you're ready to serve them, run the molds under warm water to loosen the popsicles. Serve immediately and enjoy!
