Delicious AND super simple? These vibrant, 2-ingredient popsicles might just be too good to be true. The honeydew and green tea naturally separate a little bit during the freezing process to create those stunning layers, allowing you to really taste the different flavors. We used Rishi Wild Thai Green to give these pops an amazing aroma and flavor complexity.
Thai Honeydew Popsicles
Makes 10 popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Rishi Wild Thai Green
- 1 cup water
- 4 cups cubed honeydew
Directions
Brew 1 cup of Rishi Wild Thai, strain, and add to a blender with the cubed honeydew. Pulse until everything is very smooth and well combined.
Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds and let freeze for at least 4 hours, or until they're completely set. When you're ready to serve, run the molds under warm water to loosen the popsicles. Serve immediately and enjoy!
