This popsicle is the perfect treat to cool down with on a hot day! Sarah Scarborough from Nomadic Tea Party used Zhi Tea Raspberry Pecan Rooibos to make these sweet and juicy popsicles. If you love simple, natural, and clean foods, give this recipe a shot!
- 2 tsp Zhi Tea Raspberry Pecan Rooibos
- 5 oz. water
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup raw pecans
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
Steep the tea in 5 ounces of boiling water for 5 minutes and strain. In a blender or food processor, combine the frozen raspberries, pecans, maple syrup, and 4 ounces of the steeped and strained tea. Blend well until the mixture is smooth (about a minute) and pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze until the popsicles are solid and serve. Enjoy!
