Raspberry Popsicles
Ingredients
- 2 tsp Zhi Tea Raspberry Pecan Rooibos
- 5 oz. water
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup raw pecans
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
Directions
Steep the tea in 5 ounces of boiling water for 5 minutes and strain. In a blender or food processor, combine the frozen raspberries, pecans, maple syrup, and 4 ounces of the steeped and strained tea. Blend well until the mixture is smooth (about a minute) and pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze until the popsicles are solid and serve. Enjoy!
