These scrumptious popsicles strike the perfect balance between fruity and fudgey! Creamy, tart, salty, and sweet all in one pop? Look no further! Blended with Zest Tea Pomegranate Mojito, these fudgesicles are sure to hit the spot.
Pom - Mojito Fudgesicles
Makes 6 popsicles
- 1 sachet Zest Tea Pomegranate Mojito
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch sea salt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
Brew the Zest Tea Pomegranate Mojito in 1/2 cup of water. Using a blender or hand mixer, combine the brewed tea, coconut milk, cacoa powder, vanilla extract, sea salt, and honey until everything is smooth and well combined.
Distribute this mixture evenly among the popsicle molds. Fill each mold up until there is about a 1/2 inch of space left. Next, evenly distribute the pomegranate seeds among the popsicle molds, placing them on top of the popsicle mixture and gently pressing them down so they penetrate the surface of the mixture.
Freeze for at least four hours, or until solid, and serve immediately after removing the popsicles from the molds. Enjoy!
