Sore throats can happen in the summertime too, and we've got you covered with a super soothing honey ginger popsicle, infused with lemon and Teatulia Ginger Herbal tea. The healing properties of honey and lemon and the many health benefits of honey will have you feeling as good as new in no time! If you're feeling a little under the weather this summer, try having your soothing cup of tea in the form of a cool popsicle.

Honey Ginger Tea Popsicles

Makes 8 popsicles

  • 2 sachets Teatulia Ginger Herbal Tea
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup honey (preferably raw)
  • 2 small lemons/1 large lemon

In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil and remove heat. Add the sachets and grated ginger into the hot water and put the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes to steep and cool.

Once the tea has cooled, incorporate the honey and then strain the mixture. Next, mix in both the juice and the zest of the lemon(s).

Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours. When you're ready to serve, run the molds under warm water to loosen the popsicles. Serve immediately and enjoy!
