Honey Ginger Tea Popsicles

Makes 8 popsicles

Ingredients

  • 2 sachets Teatulia Ginger Herbal Tea
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup honey (preferably raw)
  • 2 small lemons/1 large lemon

Directions

In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil and remove heat. Add the sachets and grated ginger into the hot water and put the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes to steep and cool.

Once the tea has cooled, incorporate the honey and then strain the mixture. Next, mix in both the juice and the zest of the lemon(s).

Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours. When you're ready to serve, run the molds under warm water to loosen the popsicles. Serve immediately and enjoy!
