These pretty pops are sweet, fragrant, and therepeutic. We put a summertime spin on Pinky Up Chamomile Citrus so you can feel its healing benefits year round! Dress these treats up with fresh chamomile flowers for even more fun.
Honey Chamomile Citrus Popsicles
Makes 10 popsicles
Ingredients
- 3 tsp Pinky Up Chamomile Citrus
- 3 cups water
- 1/3 cup raw local honey
Directions
In a small pot, bring the water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Dissolve the honey in the water and then add the Pinky Up Chamomile Citrus tea leaves. Let the tea steep for 10 minutes, let cool, and strain.
Fill your popsicle molds with this mixture and freeze for at least 6 hours.
When you're ready to serve, run the molds under warm water to loosen the popsicles. Serve immediately and enjoy!
