Black Cherry Oolong Popsicles

Makes 6 popsicles

  • 1 tsp Terroir Tea Merchant Alishan Oolong
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 15 black cherries
  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup water, chilled
  • 1 sprig fresh mint

Brew 1 cup of Terroir Tea Merchant Alishan Oolong, strain, and let cool.

Roughly chop the cherries and mint leaves. Add them to a blender or food processor along with the brewed tea, lemon juice, and honey. Pulse until everything is smooth and well combined.

Mix the gelatin into the 1/2 cup of cold water and whisk until everything is thoroughly seperated. Pour the gelatin mixture into a saucepan and add in the pureed cherry mixture. Bring the saucepan to a boil, stirring often.

Once the saucepan has come to a boil, let the mixture cool to room temperature and then distribute it evenly into your popsicle molds.

Freeze the popsicles for 6-8 hours. When you're ready to serve them, run the molds under warm water to loosen the popsicles. Serve immediately and enjoy!
