KITCHEN SINK BATH TEA

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

This recipe makes enough bath tea for about 4-5 baths. Feel free to add your favorite flowers and essential oils. You do you!

  • ¼ cup Epsom Salt
  • 5 drops Lavender Oil
  • ¼ cup dried Calendula Petals
  • ¼ cup dried Cornflower Petals
  • ¼ cup dried Lavender Buds - this can be substituted with Stash Tea's Organic Lavender Tulsi
  • ¼ cup Floral Tea Blend - we recommend Smith Teamaker's Meadow (This tea blend is made up of a variety of teas and flowers, making it perfect for this recipe!)

HOW TO

Begin by mixing the salt and essential oils in a bowl. Gently stir in the flower petals and tea blend, mixing until everything is well combined. Store the mixture in an airtight container.

When you’re ready to use your bath tea, scoop a few spoonfuls into a reusable cotton or muslin bag. Hang the bag under the faucet for the water to soak up all the tea, or place it directly in the tub and enjoy!

Please take into consideration that colored teas may stain bathtubs and clothes.
